They don't have to be seamless, I don't think anyone has turned in a texture yet that has been. I can make a photo sourced texture into a seamless texture. Pretty much anything, short of a solid white box, I can work with. Planning on submitting something?

There are lotsa big trees out here. I can take a bunch of bark pictures.

That sucks I just got rid of like 10 seamed textures I couldn't get working $:-\$
I've got a bunch more though so here they are.

Make sure you save them at a high quality (96% or so) to avoid visual artifacts.

I don't think I'll try to avoid being seen by the trees, so probably no. I seriously had about 2 seconds to take that picture.

Well, starting with snow...

Wait an hour or two before trying to download anything, though. I've got I think 17 (very large) photos on the way. The problem with snow is that... well, unless there's stuff sticking out of it, it's pretty much all white. I included a little variety, but not all 80+ photos I have.

Mostly just stuff that could potentially tile well (or sections of them can).

naw, it must of been removed when I formatted my hardrive. I will just send you the pictures of snow that my sister took awhile ago later on sometime next week.

I agree. Looks too flat.

However, if you did the brush work right, it could look nice. Can I get that texture to experiment with?

There is some noticeable seams (the middle/bottom of the 3rd pic is very obvious).. but do you mind if I fix the seams and re-post some in-game screenies? Also, did you source these from your own pictures?

i have about 1600+high res textures ive been working on for some modeling projects

they are mostly urban based but they are very sexy

these are just some of the containers front sides i actaully have a texture for each side

ill probably be releasing the container pack soon
