Crimson Elite: using paintball engine

I'm using the paintball engine for a game Im making based off action quake 2, called Crimson Elite . If someone gets a chance can they help setup the serverlist, cause i dont want any servers showing up in the dpball serverlist, and when i goto Play>>>Start New Game, the map selection is messed up.

As you can see i have to update the skins. I removed most of the items in the HUD

you mean socom for ps2? Yea, i guessed i should change it. how about Navy Seals? if anyone has any ideas, I would like to hear them, as you can see its going to be a military shooter. Jitspoe, would it be possible to get my hands on the code for gamemodes and entities.

Sounds like memory is getting corrupted or overwritten somewhere.  What all have you changed?  Just the media?  You migth have a corrupt file somewhere.  It looks like you're using pcx files from action quake 2.  Maybe re-save them as jpeg's.

You should check out the Quake 2 Evolved engine, it has some pretty neat stuff like dpball has. I'm using it to play Spook's dpball demos and make videos of them since the game looks a bit better in it.  =P

Is the source released for 18? or will it be? or can you email the code to fix it. By the way, the jpeg thing fixed the debug error. Thanks.

Jits, how can i fix the skins? I got wally, how would i fix the coloring?

I had the source posted on sourceforge but not on the files page.  There should be a link on the files page now.

As for the skins, just stay away from paletted files.  Just use jpeg or tga.  There's no reason to use pcx anymore.

What file fixed the bug? i dont want to use build 18 right now, otherwise i have to setup a login system for it and I dont have all the resources for it right now.

For the hud, it doesn't draw it if the value of it is 0. Is there some code that code fix this? As you can see Jits, the jpg didnt fix the skin problem. I deleted the pcx file for it so it didnt load it.

As for the skin problem, you're using the wrong palette.  You should probably make your own media anyway, instead of taking it from other Quake2 mods.

To Do:
Fix the HUD images
Get the site up for it
Get the 1st build released
