Don't worry Shane, you clearly won the worst karma award as you claimed to desire from the beginning.  AAaaa Numba #1

That kind of defeats the purpose, though.

I thought karma was ok until I saw a new registered user on the forums, he asked a very legit question, had 6 views of his post, and was already at a -3 karma.

I hope Jits doesn't bring it back.

Or, as an alternative, be able to rate posts vs. the poster.

Who cares either way? It's numbers under your name that mean absolutely nothing, all it does is reflect what people think of you.

At least make sense when you post kid and save the elementary school attacks...  I meant nothing bad when I made my post above.  FYI my forum karma was very well balanced so run along lil one.

Precisely, it was an insignificant waste of space imho, but was interesting to watch.  Who cares what people on a public forum "think of you"??  I sure don't.  Many people in this community are my friends.  Some in real life and there are a few who don't like me. Whutevaaa...

Picasso, you only wanted it gone because you had negative karma. It was a fun forum feature. There is nothing to this forum, no avatars, no karma, no nothing. Boring.

There are avatars...but you can't have very big file sizes, which is why I can't use any of my cooler avatars. :(

Off Topic: Why would you want it to have nothing lol :P  (I bolded my point and underlined and itallics to)
On Topic: I didn't really care about karma I don't care that is gone and I wouldn't care if it was brought back. I know people have said similar things but really who cares what people who have never met you in real life (mostly and even if they had) think about you just from the posts I don't and that is for sure (yes I know I had lots of - but I said I wouldn't mind it coming back either).

I hate to inform you but we've had avatars for several months now... Turn the feature on Derrrrr.   I wanted the karma option off because of it's potential for abuse and it's insignificance.  Again foolish one, my karma was +24 -27 I believe when it was turned off.  That is about as well balanced as a karma can get so run your gums about something else.
