my mirc is being annoying so here i am This is what it says:

* Connecting to 64.62.148.93 (6667)
-
* Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)
-
* Connect retry #1 64.62.148.93 (6667)

Then it says:

* Unable to connect to server (Connection Refused)
"and this is after 10 trys"

GGC some server seem to be down from time to time, so whenever you cant connect try using other servers.
