Crowded - he means alot of stuff on 1 page. Not by humans. But still if I´m there that means, yeah it´s crowded ;)

What's so crowded on there? It's a normal clan website. It also isn't loading slowly for me, but that might vary form time to time ;).

I appreciate every team's effort to create and update a website. Well done!

edit: right now it takes a while until the webserver responds. If you want to leave that free hosting webspace I'm sure you'll find someone giving you some real hosting (smokey? ;) ) . I might could help you out as well.

Yeah it looks normal to me to, regular clan site. Applause for mag and jonas for finally making it (new one). But the fedback is most important so if anyone sees a way they can improve it or change something to better, please post (I just love giving them more work as I sit back and enjoy ;)).

I appreciate your effort as well, same to ch1ll, but these clanpage templates tend to have tons of information in a very small font, and in addition about 50 menu entries out of which you will maybe use 5.
With "crowded" I just meant that the visitor gets hit by the amount of stuff on the first view, which is really in very small font.  For those who use a smaller resolution than 1280x1024, it might not be as much/too much info tho :P

Well yea that's kind of true. The default unedited template had like 30 links which noone really needed. We have tried to reduce that to what people relly would like to know or what in any way could help them. (Though we have also added new ones, mostly the server info pages. )

If there are any "established" clans that would like to have ad free web space, I would be willing to donate web space. I used to run an IRC chat service and still maintain a few websites. My hosting company is very generous with web space and bandwidth. If you are interested, please PM me here. I prefer to stick with clans that have been around a little while just so I am not setting up a multitude of domains or subdomains that may not get really used.

A clan would have a couple of options as far as a web address. A domain name can be purchased for about $10 a year or less and can be pointed at my name servers, or I do have kind of a simple domain, http://pbclans.org that a clan can have a subdomain of. The address would read like http://clanname.pbclans.org

There is some setup required on my end but it usually doesn't take long.

Re, your idea is already far underway at a very similar domain of dpclans.com, and the work is being done by y00tz. Maybe you two could make the domains redirect to the same place and work together on the coding? I don't know.
