hmm well i guess my main question is, how do you get your person moving that fast in the first place? cuz your high speed is like constant from the instant you start moving forward from a standstill.

Great job putting the video together.  I'm pretty sure it's the best paintball2 video I've seen.  A few suggestions:

- If your computer can handle it, turn on the reflective water and caustics for recording.
- Skip the butt ugly maps like blitz and xbmap1 (that map isn't even compiled right).
- Make the font bigger for the song names at the end.  Those were basically unreadable with the low resolution compression.
- "Digital Paintball" is the half-life mod.  This is "Paintball 2" or "Digital Paint: Paintball 2"

I doubt high res textures would make much of a difference due to the low quality of videos on youtube.  They might make it look worse, even.

Thanks Jitspe.

- My computer sort of slows down with reflective water on, I can still play, but I'm not sure how well I could FRAPS something with it on.
- I was just trying to use maps that had some decent, jumps.  I'm planning on making a second one, which will have a lot nicer looking maps.
- Sorry about the songs at the end, I was able to read it on my computer, I think Youtube lowers the quality of the videos or something.  If anyone wants the original video (It's about 80 megabytes) I can send it to them over IRC or if someone tells me a good upload site I'll put it there.
- I changed the name on Youtube, so now it should be correct when people search for it.

Dark: The r_speeds are insane pbcup_renoir, so it may not be possible, but it does look pretty on that map.  Even my 7800GT struggles on that map sometimes.  I'm pretty sure youtube lowers the quality a lot to conserve bandwidth, so that's just something to keep in mind for future productions.  I know you changed the title, but I'm pretty sure there was some text in the video that said "digital paintball" as well.

Web: caustics are those dancing light effects you get underwater.

Yeah you can't read the song list on Youtube.  Heres the list of songs I used for it.

Skillet - Rebirthing
Simple Plan - Jump
DJ Unk - Walk It Out
Less Than Jake - The Rest Of My Life
Auotopilot Off - Clockworks
Trapt - Headstrong
Papa Roach - To Be Loved
Bonecrusher - Come On
Linkin Park - What I've Done

Can anyone tell me a good upload site that I could put it on?

http://www.savefile.com - if it is small enough, I think the max there is 60 MB so it is probably too big but I could be wrong :)

Nice vid.
Yea I also cant figure out how to get a good quality recording. With fraps, i can get about 90 fps at 1024x768, but the video is really laggy, so i use 60 fps and its fine. When I import the video into my video editor i get the conflict below. Any way to keep the good quality?

Good thing the purpose of the video wasn't to be the first to do a jump or else it would have been pointless..

Obviously, it was a video for fun to show some of the newer players what kind of jumps can be done on a variety of commonly played maps.  The object was not to show everyone new jumps, as you might have thought it was.  But I appreciate your concern on the matter.
