Room 2 is a double jump, then you need to hone your precision jumping.

Room 3 is a double jump and then precision jumping over paint

I can make a demo if you want me to

i'm halfway ok at precision jumping. it's putting that together with DJ-ing that i can't do.
i'm only now learning DJ-ing. hopefully someday i'll figure out how to combine and do strafe-DJs.

i'm not asking for a demo, but if you want to make one, sure, i'd be interested in it. :)

It's in 5 parts, but it's the whole map.

Just practice, i always start my strafe jumps with a circle jump, so that's how i get all that initial speed.

Do a 90° - turn at the beginning of your jumping. (Forward + either left or right + turn your mouse in the same direction)

that didn't seem to help at all.

see attached demos for how slow i move.
i've only made it over the long gap in room 1 once - on the pub i mentioned.

The reason it looks like he moves faster is that his demos are recorded in ~130 fov. Open the console and type fov 130 and you will appear to move as fast. However, this doesnt help your jumping.

dont just hit space bar and hope you move faster, sway your mouse left and right and you will see a HUGE difference.

and yes, i use fov 130

You need to tilt it a little as you move.
