In Quebec as a couple other parts of Canada they speak french, that's probably why...

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada - IGLOO #9000

We literally are the highest paid Canadains than any other province. Alberta is the revenue( almost all ways) of most of Canada. We supply 2/3 of the oil to USA as well

Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada is a beautiful city as well, Hence, why its called "Beautiful British Colombia". Also known for the Most Livable City in the world.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada is pretty good as well, have not been there for about 10 years now. But I remember it being a nice city as well.

EDIT: if your a Canadian student, and plan to move to Edmonton and look for a job; my family could hook you up with a job.
