I can't get the game to work for me...I activated my account...and I entered everything right...but it seems that my internet won't work when I open the game..It will only work if I'm using a webpage...does anybody know what to do?

Just to be clear.

1. You clicked 'update' on the serverlist?
2. You refreshed the serverlist.
3a. If you're not seeing a list of available games yet, you've made sure that your firewall is not blocking the connection
3b. If you do see a list of games, you have double clicked on one to join.

I only ask these simple questions because your new, not because I think you're not intelligent.

no...I can't login to the game...my connection is gone when I'm not using a webpage.
And I'm not that new...jsut new to forums...I've played this game for awhile.

I had to re-register because he restarted the database.

It just started today...anytime im not using a webpage my internet won't work...so I can't get the game to work.

It sounds like parental controls... If there are any make your parents give you full access.

Well my brother tried to clean up our computer...because I was having lag on the game...but ever since then it won't work.

disk clean up i think it was....he liked cleaned the harddrive....but i downloaded the new version and it still doesn't work.
