Ok I have no clue what is wrong here

but my water is messed as you can see from the pic below and it isn't a one time thing it's been like this for the past while I'm running it on build 17 as this computer was just fixed and I haven't had time to update yet. I have already checked the water texture and it is perfectly fine. Anyone know why it's messed up?

All right, all right. The texture you see there is actually the distortion texture used to create the ripple effect in the reflection texture. Why just that texture is showing up, I'm not sure. There are actually about 4 different textures that go into creating the ripple effect and they are combined with a fragment program. My guess is that something is screwy with your drivers and you need to update (or downgrade) them.

Nope still like that and wade it kind of lagging when looking at it not lag but a lot like it.
Anyway to fix other then by updating or downgrading my drivers?
