Bot attack on the GlobalLogin database?

I've been wondering why there have been so many registrations in the last few hours.

When I had a look at the player lists, there have been 10200 (-5000 of course) players registered, which is abnormaly high in my opinion.
Then I checked the list a few hours later, and there have been more than 500 additional registrations. o.O

Updating the page every 2-3 minutes brings up 20-25 new registrations.  Either it's another bot / girl scout attack, or the game gets more and more famous.

I find it odd that more people download the game than visit the site.  That or one of the counters is off.  Hopefully the one on the site. :)
