i just "reinstalled" build 19 so ill see if it still freezes.

Wow, four posts in a row. Use the 'modify' button from now on. It lets you change things you've already posted.
Also, you kind of have to install it after you download it. If you installed the nVidia drivers, then you might have some serious problems.

good game...but this freezing thing is starting to really grind my gears. wot do i do now, iv redownloaded the build 19. iv restarted the computer (because of the freezing also) and iv updated my card to the 1 the guy said to do (meaning the guys that sent me the link) and still.....freeze. help me plz people, i love the game hate this freezing and if it goes on for much more i think im gunna have to quit playing untill some1 tells (some 1 that knows what there doing) me what i need and what i need to do.

well if u have got the drivers, and the game, my next guess would be ram. how much memory(ram) do u have. and what is ur processing speed. u probably cant run Digital Paintball 2 because ur computer cannot run it at the minimum speed.

...did you install the drivers? The way you phrased it, it sounded like you just downloaded them. You have to double-click on their icon to install them.

i saved it to my folder and when i double click it, it comes up with my name and what not, and i can scan and do a whole lot of things so i have installed it. 512MG of ram left, is that enof?

umm 512 mb should be enough to play, tho u could use more, and norton shouldn't be causing it, i really do not know why it will not work. if u have the new Radeon ATI graphics opengl drivers then i do not know what to do. your graphics card is a radeon, so geforce drivers wont work, delete them with add/remove programs, then try to play with only the radeon stuff installed. otherwise, i am stumped!

Are you able to play online? If so, your firewall/antivirus probably isn't the issue.

i can play online for about 10 minutes and then it freezes, and when i turn my fire wall and norton off, it says 2 thets show details, but i cant let them go though. like it wont allow me to let them go through and load..

he sent me a "link" with that, and i dwnloaded the 1st 1, is that the ryt 1?

EDIT: iv downloaded the alpha build 19 source too. i have extracted it and yea.

hang on......have i downloaded driver ryt? i downloaded it to aarons document (witch is my name) and i put it in my videos (so my dad duznt see it), its got a guy dreesed in brown smoking a pipe thing and its called driver detecrive. when i do a scan in driver detective it comes up with 20 out of date drivers, 1 device with no driver, 20 up to date drivers, 11 system drivers. is that all rite to you guys?

EDIT:i think i found my problem, there is alot of dust at the back of the computer (where the fan it) and when i say alot i mean HEAPS! but it runs for ages when your on the internet, lyk 1 2 days easy, mabe the game was to much for it and it over heated and frooze every time.

well does some1 wanna help me, cuz there was alot of dust in my computer but its out now, i went bak into the game and it freezed again, it took alittle bit longer to freze tho. i downloaded the "link the guy gave me and do i have to sign up to it for it to work?

Then you should probably update those 20 drivers. The video drivers are the most critical. You have to actually install the drivers, not just download them.

Also, I'm on vacation, so don't expect any responses soon.
