1. You don't need to bump posts every hour.
2. You didn't even need to do that, it was still the latest reply (as far as I can tell)
3. Your banner is OK, but when the 2 flies in it looks nasty. (pixellation)

Yes.

Personally, I hate animated banners (as such I have flash and gif animation disabled on my browser), so I make no affiliation with these.  I don't like it when half the sites on the Internet look like this: http://www.starterupsteve.com/seizurebots/
