We assumed those maps had the most modified versions, so we removed them.

That just isn't right. I am sure that any map can be moded. There is no reason to exclude those two maps.

That is true, but when those maps were removed, no one knew that every single map was modifiable. Everyone just worried about s22, a1 and pp1. (Sorry if I'm wrong)
