I'm surprised Blitz hasn't had anything to say about this, considering he was the one who suggested it.

I voted yes.  The committee wouldn't really be for dealing with people who have broken the rules, but rather dealing with situations that aren't outlined in the rules and helping create new sets of rules.  Plus, if somebody whines and cries about being banned for something that isn't specifically listed in the rules, I can just say, "The committee decided it." and leave it at that.

I don't see any point in having a committee, everything works just fine the way it is.  If there was a committee, I honestly can't think of anyone who is neutral to all clans/players or isn't biased in many ways.
