The port not showing correctly is due to ports not forwarded correctly.

The reason they sometimes show up, and sometimes doesnt is probably because your port that changes randomly occasionally matches the one you have.

hmmm....how do i open the port then...cuz i thought putting the Server in the firewall would open it.
and how do i stop it from randomly changing.

You stop it from randomly changing by forwarding your ports correctly...

I dont know whats the problem there, though.

even though most topics in the section are mine.

I dont know whats the problem there, though.

There is no need to make new topics, or post something every 5 minutes.
Someone will answer your question eventually.

Because they get annoyed at the pointless posts that come in 5 minute intervals. Don't bite the hand that feeds you. In another words, don't annoy the crap out of the people that are trying to help you by posting every 5 minutes.

Also, if you want more immediate results, get on IRC, or use the search function on these forums.
