Windmill prefab or whatever....

Animated....etc....use it or don't.
I think the windmill actually rotates backwards...matter of changing the reverse flag on the fun_rotating,

I seriously just put a mill together yesterday! I was going to release that .map so player could add it to there maps! Great minds, eh?

Mine isn't as complete, it has the turbine, and a wide base, similar texture choices... I think my texture works better for the actual turbine (better word?)

It could have better texture choice but it looks great other then that and it woudn't be to hard to change I don't think.
Edit do you mind if I use this in one of my maps?
