I still think you should have a singles sign-up and randomly pair them on the day of the tourney if they haven't found a partner by then.

So today is the tournament day =)

But theres one (big) problem.

When does it start? Cuz u have to think of the different time zones, so when it starts e.g. at 6pm in usa its 1am in germany and so on... perhaps we can start on 4pm in usa or somethin. and where do we have to go when the tournament starts? in irc funinthesun?

W T F ? oh man that really really really sucks dude, i cant play a tournament which starts at 3 a.m. on saturday night when i have to get up at 9 am the next mornin ? that is really bah...

I can't quite understand, why this tournament must be cancelled on the same day, it was supposed to take place. For the next time, you should change the date a few days earlier, if you have to change the date. I had some troubles to have time this night (in Germany it would be at night). And now I notice that the tournament was put off.....this really sucks.
I hope the next time, it will be organized better. Nothing about your work Agent, but this really, really annoys me.
