Try logging in as beast with the same password as 'wade' had.  The 'beast' account has a relatively low-level ID and matches your AIM screenname to your forum accounts.  Then try to add the name 'wade' to your account.  Then you can resume logging in as 'wade' once that's done.

Ok, that is weird.  Do you know what your account ID used to be, or  still have the email from registration?  "Sugar" was what you had registered, right?

Edit: What about bob_saget?  Is that your account?

I had 3 names registered wade, SuGaR, and w4d3 and then all of a sudden those are all gone and the only on there is beast. And I don't even know the password to it!

Hm, it looks like what happened is that beast just registered an account, but for some reason it took your ID.  How and why that happened, I don't know.  Have you done anything on your account recently, like changed your email address?

Looks like it has something to do with the fact that he had the 'beast' name on his account previously.  If I had you manually remove xtremebain from my account (as he did) and then you/someone went to re-register that same name, it'd probably steal my ID as well.
* XtremeBain scans the Name Removal Request thread hoping to pick up a lower player id.

Good call, Bain.  The login system attempts to re-use inactive accounts in order to cut down on clutter.  If you register an account multiple times using the same name, email, etc. without activating, it will just overwrite a previous registration.

Later, after I started getting a bunch of name deletion requests, I wanted to be able to keep a record of who had used what name, so I added an inactive/deleted name system.  I did not, however, revisit the account creation logic, so when it checked if a name could be used, and if it already existed, it assumed the whole account was inactive and re-used it.  This should be fixed now.
