clan tag doesnt work

i'm in HBS and it wont let me use the tag. says i'm not authorized. any help?

What is the exact error that you get?

Also try using the search feature here on the website because there about 20 different threads with this same problem.

my name is [AG]%%% and i cant enter in a server.. why?? ??? im in the clan!... but... i cant enter... :'(

It depends on whatever comes after the [AG]. If your name is too long or you have to many color changes that could be the reason that you can't enter a server.

it's because that name isn't registered to your global login account, the names you are allowed to use are [AG]powerxowner, and that's it cause you haven't registered any others
