Lighting issues!
« on: June 25, 2005, 08:38:01 PM »
Well, I made a map. Go me. Anyway, it's lit by ARGHRAD's _sun entities, fairly darkly. However, in one place where the sun does not touch it at all, it's pitch black. _sun_ambient doesn't do anything, and I put a few lights there with a light value of 20000. Still nothing. Just so you know, I'm compiling it with -chop 100.

Okay, problem fixed. Apparantly, my -maxlight 50 was causing problems, somehow...

-maxlight 50?  That seems like a pretty low number for the max light -- that seems more like a min light value.

Ooooh... I read max as min. Oops.
