You may need to select the text to see it, black on black is hard to read.  Also it probably needs updating anyway, and probably has more dead links.

You could change your registry and this pop up won't show up. Moreover there are way more IRC-Clients than mIRC.

Ban INC for posting instructions how to hack... :P

Just don't use mIRC, mIRC sucks and idk why people tend to use it, when there are many better clients that are free. I.e. recently I use KVIrc, it is okay, although i'm not yet used to it.
