using the clan tag ^Ch-3aT obviously is meant to be cheat, and that's what they did. No use in trying to defend him

Two Izzy's with very similar IPs?  It would be stupid if it were the same player again... but nothing surprises me these days.

I don't think he tried to evade - just had a dynamic IP.  Also, going around with the tag "^Ch-3aT|" isn't the most intelligent thing, either.
