I need a good list of HTML color codes for things such as my signature, and I need to know how to use them.
please be specific when stating a color such as green
EXAMPLE: specifying green, from neon green.

What do you mean? If you're talking about individual colors, you can just open paint and get the color picker up. The hex color code of whatever color you pick is listed there.

Real Programmers make up their own HTML color codes.

lol. I didn't say it's not oftenly used. It's not a real programming language. It's at the most a scripting language or(surprise surprise) Markup Language

The whole real programmer thing boils down to 1) the type of language, whether it is interpreted or compiled, and if compiled what it is compiled to. 2) the flexibility of the language. You could easily write web sites in C++ by just taking socket requests on port 80 and sending back markup info, but you could not write a real program(say.. paintball) in HTML.. and 3) the ease of use. Typically, the easier the language is to use, the less respect the user gets, because typically someone who knows say.. x86 assembly could write say.. jscript with easy.. but a jscript programmer would die of shock after looking at the source to.. say... SolOS(written in 100% assembly)

That's pretty old(fortran is essentially a dead, antique'd language now.. and has been for give or take 2 decades). All I'm saying is that calling HTML real programming is an insult to programmers >.> any idiot with a myspace can throw out some broken html..
