Either your router is changing ports on you or you aren't sending heartbeats.  Do the "sending heartbeat" / "heartbeat acknowledged" messages continue to display after the server has been running for a while?

one thing i have noticed is whenever i start a server, it never shows up on my own serverlist until some other server closes down.
