:)

thats pretty cool.

i like the idea of making the sky dark, fixed one problem. and the goals look pretty smart too. (and dancing on top of them after scoring is a great feeling)

How about making the floodlights a little further back, when the ball gets stuck to them its annoying.

I think some nice thin corner flags may be good, i'd like to dance around them after a score the winner.!

i also got around the problem of kills and shooting by setting gun temp to high.

I like the map, but I think the walls of soccer888 were cool too, making it not toooo easy to score..

anyways, the map could still be alot bigger (scoring from own goal = excrement )

also the goals could be a bit higher (and if the field is sooo small like now, smaller, Idk word but not so far from left side to the right side of goal, scoring is too easy!!)

well i don't think walls should be included, i thought they were the worst feture!

i'm undecided about whether it should be bigger or not. being able to shoot makes a big difference too, so if you mean scoring by shooting the ball in the goal, try it with that option turned off.

currently the max players to make a good game seem to be 4v4, so a bigger map for more players maybe.

(and how do you score own goals?!?, i find that many own goals are not scored at all)

and the goals i think are exactly the right size!!

I doant mean owngoals, I mean that I can shoot a goal from my own goal (shoot over whole map) that sucks..

oh no, its sooo easy to score a goal theyre too big, but they could be a lil bit higher!

Well, I did some more measurements, and it looks like this map is about half as big as a regulation size field, so I'll make it bigger.

i think the goal size should be the same though. and it shouldn't be so easy to score if one of the team acts as a goalkeeper. i mean if there is no gk, you can pretty much score from anywhere (as it would be in real life) but with a goalkeeper it becomes considerably harder.

I think from the middle scoring without gk is still not SO easy.. if map gets bigger like jitspoe said, goals can stay in that size of course!!! (or even bigger?) but they still should be higher!

you need to practice a different technique then i think. there is a way to kick the ball fast and far, but still keeping it low. they really shoudln't be any higher.

its definately big, you could have a real match on that! as long as people stuck to their positions.

still think the floodlights should be away from the line markings though.

i like the score too, ty jits :P

You can't have such variable stuff as scoreboards, unfortunately. But it would be something cool to implement...

one thing i've noticed for me on te larger map is that the middle is kinda dark. The floodlights only light up the sides of the pitch and i find it kinda hard to see players down the middle.

According to my google searches, "The standard size regulation goal is 8-feet high by 24-feet (8 yards) wide."  That's how tall I made the goals, assuming the player is 6 feet tall.  I think it works fine.  It's still fairly easy to score.  You just have to learn how to aim your kicks.

A scoreboard would require code modifications, but it can certainly be done.

http://www.scfc.co.uk/flyby.html -- it'd be cool to make a full stadium like that.

brighter floodlights and less of them too

one in each corner and maybe at the middle line too, and please move away from the line! that is not how it is in reality!

with less floodlights you can add more lights to each stand to make it brighter, and maybe lifting htem higher so the light covers a greater area of the pitch?

If I were to make some kind of stadium like what lekky posted, where would the ligts go?  Are those lights all along the top edge there?
