I only see that association, the same ISP doesn't exactly qualify as the same person for paint-magnet/demented soldier.
The "dementeda" could be anything, demented soldier didn't use it.

So what if it was his IP? It could have been a sibling, or his parents! Maybe a disgruntled friend came over and hacked a gibson? Maybe his box was compromised?

I dont know much about how ip adresses work, but lets say I have a dinamic ip adress. then i hack and my ip adress gets banned. then my ip adress changes and someone else gets my ip address(idk if that is possible). would that person get banned?

What I'm going to need you to do is locate your local RCMP (http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/) field office and ask for a Form of Indulgified Impersonation and fill it out completely, describing the best you can the incident. Make sure to list out potential suspects, then mail it back, postmarking it with a bacon grease stain - I hear this will expedite the entire investigative process.

Alright, this has gone one long enough, I'll fess up. I did it.
I took a plane to spyderFox13's town, found his house, then camped behind a parked car for 2 days taking a log of when he left his house, then when he went out to mow the lawn, I knew it would be my best chance, so I snuck in through his mom's window after seeing some dude in a g-string sneak out through it. Once I was in his house I tripped on shoes and made a lound yell of "F***", thought my cover was blown, but I kept my cool. So I made it to teh room w/ his puter, and I thought it would be freakin leet to get him banned, to I installed a backdoor to use as a proxy, so that I could connect to his box and use his ip, but then I realized that this would be laggy as all hell, so I just unplugged his computer's ethernet, plugged it into my laptop's jack, and then I ran all my |337 OpenGL cheats and Penix that I got for $99.99 from Iron, it was so |33t, I was just like wall'in and packeting the server and excrement so that I could get shot and it not kill me, I was like speedh4xin too, I was all over t3h place, it was leet, then I hear the mower turn off. I'm like "excrement!", so I plug the cat5 back into his b0x0r, and then I bail out his window. The flight home was sweet, I got free peanuts.
...yeah...so I admit, it was me.

And maybe its just me, but arent these rules a little lax? I think it should go first caught, 1 month ban, second time, 6 month ban, and third a year ban. If hes done it twice already, hes bound to do it again, its only a matter of time.

i dont understand why u people insist on arguing... give us a demo proving the person hacked or even a scrnshot will do... post it have someone ban him/her... that should be the end of it
