I have the same problem, every time I'm trying to connect, I get a message which reads ERROR: WSAEACCES NETSendPacket and then some numbers which change every time. Then the game crashes.

when i start PB2 i get this message in the console:

and then windows finds an error in paintball 2.exe and shuts down pb2
what should i do to fix this problem??

What about better support for WideScreen monitors? Since they have increased in popularity, PB2 should add a resolution , like 1440x900 for better use with WideScreened monitors.
