well, my computer is dead atm, i can't use it..

I'm using my old (old old old..) computer, so i can't convert my map.
It's sad, i worked so much time on this map, and it looks like it will be impossible to end this beta..

I don't know if people like to play on it anyways.

I will be back when i have some news about it.

Well, my computer is almost broken. So i have some problems to end my map. These problems with holidays are not helping me to end it. That's why i didn't yet fix bugs.
Jitspoe, i watched your demo, and i will fix all these bugs to end it. Thanks for your demo.

I found time to add some guns and convert the B2. At the moment, i didn't add ammo in the map. I will.
And the 2nd flag is only a test. It won't be 2 points like on the beta 2, but i'm not sure yet..

Bugs are not fixed yet, i'm too lazy. I thought i could do it for this week, but i did nothing.

News: I'm working on the last textures bugs. I can compile it, so i will try to fix all theses textures for this week end. If i have time (because my work and friends are taking my time ), i will post the b1 this week end.

R_speeds are sometimes around 3000 on the map..

Well, i gave my file map of "cradle of paintball" to cusoman because i can't convert it like a ".bsp". So if he can do it, i could end this map. (if he can do it, i just need to fix bug of texture and remove or add few things).

So atm, i'm training to make map, and trying to get new idea. And i posted this old map to watch if there is on it something cool or not^^

It really looks like an Quake map. I hope the game play is as cool as theses texture. But i don't know if theses texture will be good for this game. Your first screen, RoBbIe, looks like a screen of the game jedi knight. It's cool.

I like it. Nice job cuso and rimini. Your 4'rd screen, with the low way is really cool. I like how you did the mid low. Maybe some ways are too wide, but it's not a big deal, it works on this map anyway.

yop,

I was watching my .map files, when i found my old remake of my old map call of duty.

   Well,first,  r_speeds are really really high, this is one of the reason i'm not able to end it and give an download link. Yeah, maps with horrible r_speeds shouldn't be played. And i didn't get so many idea about how end it, where put the flag, and how make it really cool. This is the 2nd reason of why i won't end it. And i know that many peoples crash talked on my first map "Call of duty", i understand them, but this map was only created for Khan and me, to have fun. I didn't know when i did it than this map was going to be on some servers. So this is why this remake won't be over, i don't like to do "bad" maps.

  So, yeah, why i post and write this? I thought i should post screens on forum, to show you how i made it, and because i like training to make maps. And if you could say if it looks cool, bad, realistic, or not, ect..

I'm not really sure you will understand what i mean, so sorry.

ps: I know that the textures are misaligned atm. When i made it, i didn't care so much about texture. I don't know why.

I could finally finish my map, but when i want to compile it, max_patches are back.. again. So, i can't put light and shadows on it. I will try to fix it.

Well, i want to say thank to Cusoman for his help on irc. He helped to find something to get out theses max_patches. So now, i'm pretty sure i will be able to end this map.

So next steps: -fix the middle and both part of the map
- Reduce the r_speeds.

I tried to fix the bug, but I can't. Because of my english, i don't understand the link of jitspoe in " ERROR {Max_Patches / Mod_ParseMarksurfaces: Bad surface number } ".

So i guess theses screens are going to be the latest news about this map.

You can see on theses new screens, the mid from main, and the mid from others places.
There is only 1 part of the map, this is why you can see something strange in the end of the mid.

Well, i changed values 2.0 by 200 on many texture, and i always have "max_patches".

Any idea to fix it?

This map is done. I tested it, it works, you can use both ladder, just go slow to use them.
i really won't work again on it, i need to work on my others maps, sry.

r_speeds are bad .... =/

It's not easy to do a map like that without high r_speeds. Maybe dt could make them more slow, but if he can't, it's not really a big deal. This map can be playing with theses r_speeds, like renoir is played.
