I have a core 2 duo Imac 2gb of ram, NEVER CRASHED but other then that its pretty crap, my family uses it because its user friendly, Pssh who needs user friendly when u can have a blue screen. i <3 my PC

Can you confirm that the .so file is in the correct spot?

yes i can

e4g1e - sorry if this is just pointing out the obvious.

- Are you sure you have the full version ? - if you have try re-downloading it again.

- one of the mirrors always gave me a a corrupt tar file that didn't completely extract

- Also make sure that you  have entered the paintball2 directory - i.e dont run it from a desktop link - also run with

./paintball2 (rather than sh paintball2)

it is a full install....
used all the links....
tryed both commands

i am waiting for some parts to come for my pc so i will be using win. 7 again shortly (by by ubuntu )

my ubuntu machine has be taken apart for a file server i am working on (gonna be about 5 terabytes )
parts for new computer are a day away

i catched teh error (no idea what it, it means but i know it has to do with opengl)

well what is happening is that the application isn't starting at all, and it sometimes crashes ubuntu. it dosent seem to be making errors in the errror log...
O_o Any halp?
