need descent clan not a bad noob clan

What do you define as a good clan and a bad clan?

What other information can you give out?

Do you have vent/teamspeak and a mic?
How long have you been playing for?
What other clans have you been in?
Where are you based?
etc.

Playing only ub_cliff will not get you into any good clan.

You must know vareity of different maps also.

Also, you'll hardly get recruited through here. Download Mirc - that's the place where clans usually hangs out.

Use search engine for what is Mirc and how to configure it.

lekky has a very good point. Your best bet would be to join a younger or newer clan. It all depends on what you want. Do you want to just be a part of a group? Are you intrested in learning and bettering your game? Has the match and scrim scene caught your eye? If you really want to be a part of the matching scene then you'll need to get a voice program and irc. It is a must. If your intrested or just need help setting either of these two up let me know. We're here to help. oh btw...  [WsL] We Suck Less! is now accepting trainees and have our irc channel set as team_wsl for all who would like to support the new training team that was started to take on some of [InT]'s request for training.

It seems like there is a bunch of new trainee clans forming. Make sure you get MIRC first so you will know what clans you can search for. If you have a mic then I'll suggest joining #team_int or #team_wsl (these are the channels for these clans) since they use Ventrillo.

no good clan is just going to approach you and playing in ub_cliff maps isnt going to get your skill up.

try actually joinin a training clan to get your skill up.

instead of trying out for a clan like cF..CC..i..i.j....etc

also get on irc and look around
