Server: None of the entries have the right port.

Hey, well im having trouble forwarding my ports. :-[ Heres an image can anyone tell me what to do there.
Im trying to get my server to work for Pb2



I know its a bad router, just please stay on topic and if you can help.

select UDP and make the port range 27900 to 27930.

That should cover you.

Make sure in teh ip address to be redirected to is the pc that the server is running on.

Firefox has absolutely nothing to do with the Pball server.  But you should at least update to IE7.  Run Windows update while you at it too.  :P

Start > All Programs > Windows Update (usually one of the top 5 or so).  Looks like this:

If theres any more problems with the port forwards, remember you might need to forward the ports in your windows firewall, or whichever firewall you use. I was stuck for the longest time until I figured out that one for my ftp stuff. Theres another place to forward them too in Windows, I'm too lazy to search right now, but thats only if the router forward by itself doesnt work.

That and my ISP (roadrunner) blocks ports, so I had to re route the ports I wanted to use for stuff, also.


( and I know it doesnt help this case, but if anyone else searches for port forwarding stuff)

Oh, I think I see whats happening.  Start up the server and type "heartbeat" in the console and check the server list again.

Try this:

Recommendations from Test
NAT routing information on your router may be outdated; turn off your router, wait half a minute, and then turn it back on

its the same.
