Clan Kr3w, I was to 1v1 blackout and the server would not let me connect. I am extremely sorry.  Here is the email I also sent your email on the DP clan site.  Again, I apologize for the lack of 1v1.  I am posting this message here in hopes that you see it in case you do not check your email.

Dear kr3w clan,
    This is {DNT}Cusoman, I would like to inform you that I was going into a 1v1 with blackout, and the server would not let me in. It continued to connect me to a different server, and I could not get in touch with blackout. I am extremely sorry, we will have to 1v1 sometime.

Well I just felt bad not being able to connect, but this issue was resolved as my Kr3w opponent also could not connect to the server lol. Oh well, now I fell less bad.

Was that GT Match 2 or 3 server by any chance?

It was in fact one of the GT match severs, why do you ask?

Well a day or two ago, i grabbed a GT server and connected to it. Then my Dp screen just went black and couldnt see the menu or anything, and this happened to other FsTz members so it wasnt just me. Although you could still connect just not play.

there was a particular map doing that to us as well.

I don't remember the name since I deleted the map after I think it might have messed up my DP....

..anyways, it was a really old map made by Eiii I believe, a speedball type map that started with a C__________.   and it completely filled the screen with a single texture, and the console wouldn't show up, and esc didn't work, nothing could be seen on DP... the only way I could close it was by Alt-F4...

Edit: When i pressed esc it made the noise of the menu coming up but didnt actually come up.

No it wasn't. I just grabbed a GT and compfield.bsp is not on the server.

Actually I remember the server I was trying to connect to did have compfield.bsp running at the time.  Very strange, perhaps it has been removed now.

I removed compfield.bsp from the server Thursday due to several similar complaints.

GT servers Was giving me horrible ping right befor i quit, this happend for like a week and i just checked them on my xfire and they still do. lol
