Training maps?

Are there any training maps mainly involving accuracy? Hitting targets on the fly whatever. or would i have to build my own?

Hopefully with the bot ai, it will easier to make a map where can practice against bots.

Wow, this map is a good training map.  The dummies are in the exact place where people either camp, or are usually at. 
A shazz33 training map would be nice too.
