Rick, i still cant believe u like ATI better then PCI.  I would much rather a PCI, I can max our 256mb on my computer, no higher.  This is Cameron's recommendations:

 * New Motherboard

Its your drivers.

You need to completely remove the drivers, reboot, then install another set of drivers.

If you install the drivers one on top of the other you probably won't fix anything.
