Feature Request: Ability to Hide Former Clans

I'm constantly getting requests from people to delete their former clans list.  I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to just add an option to hide the former clan list.

This is such a bad idea on so many fronts...

1. no player history
2. player from a possible hacking clan?
3. clan hopper?

You have too many other things to worry about than this.

People should think about the clans they join.

How about a "Recent clans..." and "All time clans" list on each player page... Recent clans would only show clans in the past 3-6 months. That way if a player is a newbie and joins a bunch of embarassing/bad clans, and then gets better, it'll just be in the past but he'll still be able to show that recently he's been in better clans...

But when u get more than 42 previous clans (even clans i made and i left few hours after) it becomes embarrasing...

For example, i try to get better and i think i became some better. But cuz of the list of my previous clans, Leaders of good ones don't want to let me in because they think im gonna leave them. Depending on how the clans is going, I think people are right to leave their clans ''suck'' (sorry for the bad word).

I just wanna remove the clan that i have created and that i was alone in.

Which are:

-OTGO - WOOT - 3D - AdP - SoL - uC - PpO - VoG ...

I think that could be a solution according to me.

I voted no one this.  The more history about a player the better.  Clan hoppers don't need any features to benefit them.

Clan Hoppers just ask for a clean history so they don't get seen as one by looking at the Former Clans page.  Plus it also makes them look like they are going to leave soon if they are let into a clan.  It just makes it confusing, and I'm confusing myself right now.

Perhaps I need to put a limit on creating clans as well.  Why would you make all of those clans then leave them?

A player with more than 3 clans in a month should be banned for two weeks and with more than 10 clans in a year forever !

erm.. my clan history is very bad and when (sorry, 'if') I get better, I don't want these hanging over me. I say that yu have the option after 6 months to delete a clan from your clan history, so that if you are proud of being in a certain clan, then you can keep it on, but if your little brother 'accidently' made you join some crappy clan, then you can delete it in 6 months time. Clan hoppers usually rest on 1 clan after a while, if they're lucky enough to get into a clan...
