okay i check the status of my package online and it says returned to shipper but when i call the automated person thing says its in route to my zip code.

which should i believe?

Thats why you call customer support and get a real person on the line. Even though they convieniently don't speak the language you speak well enough to understand.

Neither.  Talk to someone that is real, don't rely on computers if they show / tell you 2 different things.
