Please, help me with configuration my comp - drivers?

I have Athlon 900 MHz, 386 MB RAM,GeForce2 MX400 32MB and my DPB2 is lagging as much as  movement of cursor is not fluently. I have made everything what I know -  dxdiag : test DirectX was succesfull till version 9, I revised drivers of my Grafic Card and I have the last version – ForceWare 93.71; I changed different resolution step by step wich are possible, renndering, antialising. Please advice me, what could I improve. I am using WinXPSP3. Thanks for your help.

Well, the main problem is that your hardware is ooooooooooooooold. Try turning the in-game resolution down to 800x600 or lower and make sure reflective water is off.

thanks for all ... i changed my grafic card (radeon 7000) and game work good.
To ViciouZ: yes, my hardware is OOOOOOOLD :-) I changed resolution and the other things to lower ofcourse
