Might be meaningless but could someone translate that?

Well I don't see how it's relevant in what map the hacker was.
A speedhacker is a hacker, the map doesn't matter. We just need the admin to give us his IP..

They are trying to figure out what he meant by shoot server. This is relevant imo. More relevant than you making a comment like.....

Who are you to hand out a ban time? Because he was showing someone a hack, if that is what he meant, it isn't actually distribution. Please take your own advice. Let people discuss the issue and make a decision.

Yeah that's right, it was a pretty useless comment but I just wanted to point out that if he was showing the hack to his friend or whoever, he might as well give it to them. That'd be distribution, wouldn't it?
Never mind, keep discussing about what map it was. I'll just shut my mouth.

it can was 217.45.134.12 than next day 218.74.79.767
That is normal with a router.

Speed hack is legal when you not cheat in Clan war or Tournemt server!! Public is ok! ^^
