Try double-jumping with less frames. That's how I learned the dj on xbmap1

mouse1 = fire
mouse2 = gren
mouse3 = dropgun
wasd = move
space = jump
shift = crouch

I dont switch hands, I keep it at 2 - it's slightly more accurate like that. I don't have to worry about switching, and I don't see my gun on fov 110 anyway.

Use "cl_maxfps 0" to remove the limitation.
The default FPS limitation is 60-80, I believe.

mine is
move forward+MOUSE1
Move backwards+MOUSE2
Fire: Enter
Throw Grenade=g
Jump=Spacebar
drop gun=backspace
thats a pretty good set up so some of u should use it

the changes that I make to my config are:

mouse2 = croutch
c = croutch
e = emptyco2
r = dropgun
f = tossgren impact
v = camera
q = "say Spooks got mad hops, Default tries his hardest"

and of course:
w = kill
space = impulse101

q- drop nade
r- reload co2
mouse 1- fire
mouse 2 - toss nade
mouse 3- drop gun
mouse 4- drop flag
scroll up- right hand
scroll down- left hand
mouse 5- center hand
z- Incoming
b- No kills
striaghtforward setup nothing special, only thing im going to change is im going to use mouse 6-7 for incoming and no kills

My old logitech mouse had 5 buttons. Two crescent shaped ones on the sides, the 2 main buttons, and a small one directly above (or below, I can't remember which) the scroll wheel. Not terribly uncommon to have more than 2 buttons on new mice, Jits

i got 8 buttons. 2 on side, left mouse, right mouse , random use button , sensitivity up , sensitivity down and mouse 3 =]
