I have a minor problem can anyone help?

hi me and my brother has recently joined the game we both downloaded updated and registered for the game my brother can play perfectly with no problems but in my case game play is fine but instead of my login name coming up my name comes up as newbie or no-name so my brother can never find me during games.

is this common?
if so can it be solved or must i live with it?

does the game ask you to login when you first launch it?

yes but it is set to auto log in.

unckeck autologin and manually login and make sure its working ok

OK,

After you log in, go to the console and type "/name <yournamehere>" without the quotes or brackets and see if that does it.
