HR4 skins

Hey, I'm a new player on Digital Paintball, and i was looking at the ban list and i noticed a few banned for modded skins. i was wondering if i could get banned by using HR4, or does it mean modded skins like all players are Neon Green or some unfair color like that.

modded player, gun, barrel, etc. skins = bad

HR4 textures, no problem.
