New 3iob server rule

From this point on, anyone who gets caught cheating, even once, will be baned permanently from the 3iob public server.

Great rule. On a side note maybe if someone gets banned and wants to get un-banned from the server, they could pay. Good way to get some money towards the server payment.

If they had more servers then that might be a good idea, but I honestly think people wont care to get banned from 3iob server. I like IT though, the server that is. Is more getting put up or something, is that why this rule was put up?
