Points of the bots is for banned people or simply just to mess around. Remote admin is the admins of the servers where you can kick kickban change map manage your players etc and the password is for if you know the admin password you can type it in there but you can also do it easier by just simply doing login <whateverpasswordhere> Hope that helped you.
