You need to fully compile (vis and light) your map, even if it's a beta.

God, you never learn, do you? For one thing, whatever happened to all those other "excrementy" maps that never even got to beta 3? Second, try actually spending a bit more than 13 minutes on making a map. Usually, any map that took under 20 minutes to make will not make it through much.
