You have the tourney starting at 8 pm pacific. That would mean that it's at 11 pm for players that are eastern.  That's a bit late to start a tourney.

Chris, before this fails and before anything you do fails again to do with this sort of thing, have EVERYTHING organised before hand, eg Servers, Website (possibility, nice to have though), etc.  Oh and from the first page, USA servers for the USA, ok.  European servers for the Europeans, ok.  What about countries that don't have servers?  Will you reject those players?  Or would you make them play with a ~150-250 ping while all others had floating around under 100.  Many things to think about, I bet you didn't even think of what I just said there, but it is important.
