Gun topic
« on: June 22, 2009, 09:20:02 PM »
Since i like shooting and i know that some people in the forum like shooting i decided to start a topic about shooting. In this topic post anything you like about your guns like what guns you own, what your favorite rifle is or if you are going to a competition. post some pictures if you like. (i'll post some tomorrow)

edit: do NOT talk about guns you have only shot in games and not in real life.

Now tell me, how stupid you are to start a thread like this. Do you know that kids are on this forum, and they make most of the forum? Line must be drawn somewhere. I don't care if there's a 'feel free to hold your gun and shoot trespasser' law in some of NA countries, this is not the place to brag about it.

Go on NRA forums and post there. This is forum for paintball. Really, use your brains a bit.

You remember the USA college shootings? Some of them sort of had people posting in topics like this before they went and killed everyone.

Agreeing with Edgecrusher, this is crazy. Maybe you should make it opposite and only talk about guns from games.

All of them rode bikes before they did the shootings. Ban bikes, THEY MUST BE LINKED.

i know some people in this forum like to shoot. also rifles are not bad for kids. If you teach your kids proper gun safety they can grow up to be responsible hunters or target shooters.

First of all why bash on wafflez right away. Here in the USA (United States Of America) guns are a big part of many families lives. My family basically revolves around firearms for recreation. In the summer it's either trap shooting or sporting clays and in the winter it's hunting. Maybe you uninformed foreigners should get off your computers and not let other people put excrement in your head.

22-250 - predator gun

I'm from canada :p.

Ok I have an old .303 rifle that was used to train snipers in WW2
I also have a .22 that my grandpa used to hunt grouse when he was a teenager.
Then we have a double barrel 12 gauge shotgun. I want to go trap shooting this summer.

Laughed good right there. Someone puts excrement in my head. Well this uniformed foreigner hopes that one day you will have an accident, shoot someone in your family or get shot by one of them. Now that would be an irony, wouldn't you agree? It's pathetic that the country that has most kills per capita still jacks off on guns.

Hell, let's make a thread What is your favourite drug? Or best hard core porn clips. What, in Netherlands you can smoke it till you drop it, so it's OK.

I simply stated to go to NRA forum, this is PB forum, and nevertheless that it's the other stuff section this don't belong here, do you understand that O mighty hunter? If not, than get your ass off that chair and go out. That will ease oxygen transaction to your brain.

Oooo some people don't like guns.
The right to keep and bare arms...YES!

Proper education makes guns safe. Sure there will be accidents. Cars are relatively safe, but there are still accidents. Why? Because of the IDIOT FACTOR. There are always going to be idiots.

I don't see the point of a gun topic. I own my guns for protection. I'm dead serious about them. I don't like to discuss them. I will kill the excrement out of anyone that attempts to violate my daughter, my wife, or myself, or attempts to enter my home or vehicle.

...And I think marijuana should be legal...OR...alcohol should be illegal. It's not fair.

I never said I don't like guns, I'm just opposed to the thread about them in DP forum. Keep it to yourself, or go to different gun web pages that have forums and discuss it there.

Wow that's an awful thing to say.

It's called irony.

Did posting about such really make them that way?

Then don't discuss them, you have a choice.

I just have to formulate a logical argument, first of all, no, I don't shoot, but I know it is a hobby like WWII models, chess, gaming and the like. I have seen posts about boxing and wrestling, by your reasoning they shouldn't post there either. I really don't see any logical reasons about why he can't post about guns. If it is his hobby and others enjoy it as well, then for crying out loud, leave him alone.

I think I bb gun counts. In cadets I shoot competetivly with: a daisy 853c air rifle, an anschutz match 64 and a lee einfield cadet number 7. Pretty soon we will be replacing the match 64 with the anschutz fortner. Our squadron got to test out the fortner and it was amazing! Best biathlon rifle in the world

I have shot a 50 cal machine gun, and a 50 cal sniper rifle. In real life, Annually my grandpa takes both to our family reunion and we shoot clay  pigeons   with them, (yes pretty redneck).

On the other hand ive shot alot of guns.
12 Gauge ( ALOT of diff kinds)
16 Gauge ( a few)
BB Gun ( birds :D )
One of my favs Browning Cynery Field ( high powered shotgun)
m16 ( cousin found one with a laser attachment at a auction) ( imagine that)
sks ( sort of a ak47, it takes rifle rounds, sold it though)
7 mm ( the rifle)
7 mm mag. ( pistol)
4 10 ( lil gun i sometimes use for squirrels)
20 gauges ( a few)
BlackKnight MuzzleLoader

Thats all i can think of right now, i might remember some later.

Wow, what is wrong with you?  That's like saying, "I hope your family drowns at the water park during your summer vacation."  Just because somebody has different pastime interests doesn't mean you should wish them harm.  Talk about inappropriate posts...

I enjoy competitive shooting. It's not like I go out and tie a person to a tree then shoot him.
