Players always switching to the winning team

Problem sorted. I introduced a cron job that puts up  regular messages, one of which says:

Console: Please don't keep changing to the winning team or you'll be banned

I haven't had to ban anyone yet 

Usually, if the Hud/Text Scale option is big enough, that part of the MOTD will be completely gone from the console, from either the option being so high, or more console text comes up.

That's not part of the MOTD it's a message from the console.

LOL but still what? Its a message from the console that comes up during the game just the same as when someone presses T or Y. Come and see if you're still unsure

Oh, sorry.  I forgot it comes up DURING the game.  If it were to appear only at the beginning probably no one would notice.
