DarkLight- Thought it looked/sounded cool
Amidoxz- Combination of my initials, friends initials.... a lot of first letters of hobbies... pretty interesting  :P

Phazed- Someone tagged a bathroom stall at school as "PHAZED" and thought it was cool...

iKant- RiDE had some iKans name or some crap.

aM- I 1v1'd RiDE for his name, won it, then gave 'RiDE' to Henrod and RiDE kept complaining, so I gave him mA. Then I reversed it.
Grasshopper- Was asked to hold on to this by Grasshopper, don't know why.

I tend to add/delete my names on this game quite a bit, but some i will keep.

ghadente - my gaming name, i tend to use this for about all my games
silversun - I'm pretty sure i choose this name because it sounded cool at the time, but i do like the band silversun pickups as well
grimdeath - this was the name i used b4 i had a account when i first started playing way back when i didn't know what the hell i was doing
7 - favourite number
another - just another name
jimhalpert - the Office
shisno - i tend to use this name when I'm in a bad mood, prob will delete soon
alcohol - i use this name when i am drinking and or drunk
deathmatch - i luv me some deathmatch

there have been a crap load of other names and most of them had some meaning to them but whatever
anyways this thread is probably dead now, but i stumbled upon it and thought it was interesting
