There was a question regarding whether or not this was modified content, correct? yes. well, i think that the topic starter would like to hear a Committee Members point of view, and no committee member had stated their point of view

It doesn't matter. They don't HAVE to reply to your thread. I think they've got enough to work on. The community should be able to tell you that yes that's modified content.
